The market has no agenda, no desire to punish or reward us; it simply moves according to supply, demand, and countless factors outside of our control. What often sabotages traders is their own mindset: fear that forces an early exit, greed that pushes them to overstay, hope that refuses to cut a loss, or bias that blinds them to what the chart is really saying. Mastering trading isn’t about conquering the market—it’s about conquering the inner battles of discipline, patience, and emotional control. Until we accept that the biggest obstacle is within us, not outside of us, progress will remain out of reach.
